Rev. Liz Estes from The Old Dutch Church on Immigration and Global Grace Cafe
Reverend Liz Estes is here to discuss an event for her book Global Grace Cafe: A Love Story About Battles Lost and Won To Keep Families Together in America's War on Immigrants.
In the book, and in this interview, the story of immigration is framed in ways that humanize the people who are caught in a faulty system, while also reframing the way we may be looking at immigration in general.
As a spiritual leader in the community she is also here to share our grief in our recent tragic deaths of young people in the City of Kingston and in Saugerties.
